Hoyt offers an individualized studio lesson in which a participant practices simple bends and abstract shapes in neon tubing. She demonstrates the other stages of making a neon light, with a small helped-made light and transformer described as the introductory workshop’s take-home project.

Current location note / listed area: Glenside, Pennsylvania studio; one-person instruction by arrangement

This is a one-person lesson, not a group wedding activity or mobile station. Confirm present scheduling, age/skill requirements, materials, the achievable design and transport/power requirements. Participant bending is distinct from the instructor’s demonstrated splicing and gas-filling stages; no independent electrical work or safety assurance is implied. Advanced instruction is a separate option.
