Private pedal-powered children’s carousel
Pedal a tiny carousel into motion.
Davis Schools Foundation / Flying Carousel of the Delta Breeze
The Davis Schools Foundation owns and operates a pedal-powered carousel at Davis Central Park and explicitly offers private-event rentals. Rather than an electric ride, a person pedals the bicycle mechanism to turn the children’s carousel.
Current location note / listed area: Central Park, Davis, California
A fixed-location children’s activity, not a mobile rental, adult ride or advertised wedding package. The operator’s instructions prohibit adults riding and warn against riders over 100 pounds; seatbelts and at least three operators are required. Ask the foundation to confirm staffing, training, current operating rules and private-event arrangements. The nonprofit operates the rental; no safety certification or tax benefit is asserted.
