Confirm that the bubble show is the requested private format, along with floor protection, lighting, space, audience participation and dates; no wedding package is established. Vermont is attributed to the current Vermont Arts Council teaching roster and 2025 award biography, which name different Vermont towns. No personal residence or city-specific service is inferred. The current Vermont Arts Council teaching roster explicitly names Troy Wunderle and Wunderle’s Big Top Adventures with professional location Rockingham. Its 2025 award biography labels him Chester. Paired with the same operator’s current owned event-booking pages, these support attributed Vermont state-only professional base, not residence, a city pin or an inference from award eligibility. Parent and auditor approved this bounded attribution.
