Grounded hot-air balloon displays
A full-size balloon that stays on the ground
Renegade Balloons
Hire a hot-air balloon as a static event centerpiece or promotional display. The company explicitly offers event tethers that remain on the ground rather than taking guests aloft.
Current location note / listed area: St. Charles / St. Louis metro, Missouri; additional locations by inquiry only
No balloon rides: the operator expressly discontinued them. Its static tether does not leave the ground. Confirm weather limits, suitable open space, permission requirements and whether basket access or photographs are included.
