Mansion roleplay & mystery teas
Become a suspect over tea—or take over a mansion for tabletop adventures
The Weis Mansion B&B
The innkeepers host original private murder mysteries in which guests play the suspects, victims and investigators, with tea-and-cookie or dinner arrangements. Themes include a Regency ball and a podcast investigation. A separate private gaming getaway uses the mansion’s throne-lined tabletop room, with game-master service subject to availability.
Current location note / listed area: Waterloo, Iowa · onsite private mystery and gaming groups
This is guest roleplay, not professional dinner theatre. Confirm game, age limits, headcount, food, lodging and host inclusions; public weekend packages do not establish private-package inclusions. Stairs are required and there is no elevator. Innkeepers live onsite. Separate micro-wedding packages are ceremony-only, not an automatic mystery reception or officiant service.
