Ask whether the proposed celebration is accepted and confirm format, staffing, volunteer roles, route, permissions and access. This is not a guaranteed full parade package, private-home performance or wedding offering. The owned site retains old public dates; the September 2026 host profile corroborates the same active troupe and its requested workshop format, not availability on your date.
