Decorative maker commission, not a toy, live event service or therapeutic offering. Ask about material suitability and acceptance before sending fur or originals. Confirm pose, size, likeness expectations, revision limits, fragility, shipping and current queue; the page gives differing turnaround estimates, none guaranteed. Finished examples were actually viewed; unrelated fandom stock and convention appearances are not included or treated as service coverage.
