Historic giant-telescope private observing
Look into the sky through a century of discovery.
Mount Wilson Observatory / Mount Wilson Institute
Private groups can reserve observing sessions through historic 60-inch or 100-inch telescopes, making an unusual pre- or post-wedding group outing.
Current location note / listed area: Mount Wilson / Pasadena area, CA
Observing outing, not a wedding-ceremony rental. Confirm telescope capacity, session length, mountain-road access, stairs, altitude, cold-weather clothing and cancellation terms. Historic buildings have major accessibility limitations; views are weather dependent.
