Appointment-based petrified-wood digging
Arrange a small-group outing to dig petrified wood at a designated ranch site.
Rhonda’s Dig Site / DoBell Ranch
Rhonda’s Dig Site at DoBell Ranch invites families to arrange a petrified-wood dig by appointment. The operator directs visitors to a designated digging spot outside Petrified Forest National Park. This is an arranged collecting outing at the named ranch, not a national-park activity or an exclusive ranch rental.
Current location note / listed area: Holbrook, Arizona; appointment-only ranch dig
Call the operator before traveling to confirm current acceptance, group size, access directions, terrain, heat and weather, participant suitability, supervision, equipment requirements, fees and specimen-removal rules. No find, retention entitlement, land ownership or collecting permission is independently guaranteed. Private appointment does not promise exclusive grounds, guided instruction, food, lodging or a wedding service. A dated 2026 club outing corroborates the named operator but is not an upcoming booking or this listing’s package; its pricing and lunch are not carried over.
