Private papier-mâché puppet and mask workshops
Build a mask or puppet with a community-pageantry artist.
AllTogetherNow! / Janice Walrafen
AllTogetherNow! lists papier-mâché puppet and mask-making among its workshop subjects and invites private groups to arrange instruction with Janice Walrafen, including at a host’s location. Her studio practice includes larger-than-life puppets and masks assembled from paper, cloth, wood and recovered fibers. The center and her related Art Tiles studio are treated as one operator.
Current location note / listed area: East Montpelier, Vermont; private or hosted workshops by inquiry
Ask specifically about a private puppet or mask session, group size, age suitability, materials, drying time and travel. Large community-pageant puppets illustrate the artist’s practice; they are not a promise that every participant completes a giant puppet, or that a public festival can be privately rented. No wedding package or facilitated wedding parade is established. Listed public class dates are not private availability.
