Mobile reptile-and-amphibian education parties
Swap the usual icebreaker for a shell-and-scales introduction.
The Traveling Tortoise / North Carolina Tortoise Sanctuary
The sanctuary’s mobile outreach program brings educators and live reptiles or amphibians to private parties. Presentations pair natural-history interpretation with optional activities and are adaptable to different ages.
Current location note / listed area: Wake Forest, North Carolina
The published format emphasizes children’s parties; ask about an adult or mixed-age celebration rather than assuming a wedding package. Confirm species, hygiene, no-contact viewing options, handling rules, venue permission and animal rest. Sanctuary and outreach program are one operator.
